Shipping policy
The Legacy Beard Co. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after an order has been shipped.
The Legacy Beard Co. cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
The Legacy Beard Co. is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
Shipping rates are calculated using product weight, customers provided address and the rate provided by the shipping carrier. Rates are subject to change at any time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER (Duties and Taxes)
When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due upon goods entering the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs paid to The Legacy Beard Co.. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer as The Legacy Beard Co. is only charging for the transportation fee for your order. The Legacy Beard Co. is not responsible for these additional charges.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information in regards to their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions as they may apply when making a purchase from The Legacy Beard Co.. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America), the buyer assumes responsibility for abiding by their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to The Legacy Beard Co. in the United States of America, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to The Legacy Beard Co.
DELIVERY TIMING
The Legacy Beard Co. offers estimates provided by the individual carriers, but does not guarantee that orders will be delivered on a certain date or within a certain time frame for deliveries outside of the United States of America. Any listed times are simply an estimate.
US SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 2-3 days after purchase using the following carriers: USPS including Ground Advantage & USPS priority mail, UPS Ground & UPS ground advantage (Rates billed to purchaser)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.

International shipping outside of the USA can take 8-10 days with Priority shipping. In some cases it may take up to 30 days. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will do everything we can to get your package to you. Priority Shipping does come included with insurance and tracking.
