Note:
If you notice white spots on the surface of your beard butter there is nothing wrong with it, these are not contaminants, it is the result of temperature fluctuation. The high content of organic Shea butter used in our beard butters contains fatty acids and vitamins, which is what your skin and facial hair love. As the Shea butter cools during the manufacturing process fatty acids start to become solid faster than the Shea itself and crystals form. They will melt when rubbed between your palms and fingers. Summer temperatures can also cause Shea butter to melt while it's shipped to you, forming harmless crystals; it's a function of the lush Shea butter.

My overall experience has been amazing!!! However, my last order was a bit grainy. I would prefer not to have to constantly rub the butter in my hands before the grain dissolves. This has never occurred with any previous order. Other than that, all products are top notch. I really love the beard softener!

Thanks for being a loyal customer and always supporting our brand. Apologies on the grainy beard butter as this is not the experience we want our customers to have. Unfortunately with organic shea butter combined with temperature changes can cause the texture of the butter to change. My husband loves your products, and I do too. But sad to say I am missing the Campfire scent from your beard balms. Why don't you carry that anymore? We both really appreciate your brand, love the beard balms - they are luxurious, but we are really stuck on that one scent. It smells great! Rowwrrr! If they scent is truly gone, any chance there's a stockpile somewhere that we can help buy out? One container at a time. Just asking.
I use the Beard wash, Beard Balm and the Beard Oil. The products are all amazing and smell awesome I would definitely recommend there products for a heslthy and well groomed Beard.
